  • All prices are per week.
  • The house is available from 4.00 pm on the first day of booking until 10.00 am on the final day of the booking period. The usual changeover day is Saturday, but this may be flexible according to availability.
  • The property is available all year.
  • All prices are per week inclusive of gas, electricity, water (up to a maximum).
  • All prices are per week inclusive of linen, with the exception of towels. Any change of linen will be charged extra at £10/€10 per person.
  • When you send us an email enquiry or call us, we will send you a booking pack via email. You can also download the La Belle Etoile Information Brochure and booking pack.
  • No smoking or pets allowed.
  • PAYMENT - you can pay by
    - French cheque in Euros drawn on a French bank account
    - Bank transfer to our Moneycorp PayCollect account (this means you can pay in sterling using your credit or debit card. We never see your card details.
  • Your verbal booking will be accepted provisionally for 7 days.
  • A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the rental is required before a booking is confirmed.
  • Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before the first day of the letting period.
  • A 200 Euros  returnable deposit is required against breakages & damage.
